I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Applied Mechanics Department, L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. I have obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering degree in 1997 from L.D.College if Engineering and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering(CASAD) in 2011 from L.D.College if Engineering. I am currently pursuing PhD from Gujarat Technological University under guidance of Dr.H.S.Patel, Professor, GEC,Patan. My area of interest is to investigate new shapes in cold formed steel structure, to analyse RCC and steel structures for critical parameters. I have been involved in teaching subjects like Design of Reinforced Concrete structures, Design of Steel structures, Mechanics of Solids, Advanced Steel Design, Structural Analysis. I have published 14 research papers in national and international journals. I have guided 6 PG students and also guided projects of Bachelor’s student.
