Jeet Dhoriyani & Renison Macwan have represented the institute at various quiz events and won numerous prizes - 2nd prize in state level quiz conducted by Indian Meteorological Society - Ahmedabad Chapter at ISRO - Winners of digital round of state level quiz conducted by SBI at GU in Feb 2019 Tirth Mehta of Sem V (Electrical Dept.) is an avid quizzer and was a team member with Jeet & Renison at the SBI quiz
Vignesh Sengunthar , Muskan Biala & Pandey Shivani currently the students of Electrical Dept LDCE are the members of Robocon Team LDCE. This year the team bagged the title of National Champions at the National DD Robocon 2019 , held at IIT Delhi on 16th June 2019. Vignesh Sengunthar is the Head of ROBOCON CLUB LDCE (from 2017 to 2019) and will represent Team INDIA in ABU ROBOCON COMPETITION 2019 at Mongolia
Vignesh Sengunthar , 7th sem electrical dept student of LDCE is the Team Leader of Tata Communication Limited Foundation Project.
Asia Rubber Expo & RubberTech India 2020 will pool in participants, visitors and other key decision makers from a diverse cross section of the rubber industry with a view to provide more innovative solutions, identify new business opportunities and create an environment congenial for growth. Asia Rubber Expo & RubberTech India 2020 will be held at Chennai.
More than 50 Students participated in this informative workshop. They learnt about how to design and develop the PCB which is very important for their pre-final year and final year project work.

FLY activity report
The User defined Project carried by the students of B.E.Civil ( Pass out 2019-20) made headlines in one the leading newspapers ( DNA INDIA) of India. The project theme was based on Sustainable Living whereby the students Dhruv Trivedi, Sugam Thakkar and Dasrath Mistry under the guidance of their mentor Prof.Poonam I. Modi had prepared innovative sandless bricks using the Mining waste. The same project was also recognized by the SSIP team and was awarded 2nd prize by the jury. The project is now carried forward by the next batch of students to take it to a new level.
