Electronics and Communication Engineering department of L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad is organizing one week short term training program on “Recent Advances in RF and Microwave Engineering”, during 21st to 25th Nov 2016. The information brochure is attached herewith. The program is intended for faculty of technical Institutes, professionals from Industry and R&D organizations, and research scholars pursing PhD. The program will be conducted by senior and experienced faculty from Nirma University, DAIICT Gandhinagar, and various other renowned institutes; eminent experts from research organizations like PRL Ahmedabad.
An expert lecture on "Power Quality Issues and Mitigation Techniques" was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Naimesh Zaveri, Professor and Head, Elect Dept, C K Pithawala Engg College, Surat. The lecture was specially arranged for Post Graduate students. This expert talk helped the students to explore the research area in power quality issues in India.
The training programme is designed to learn fundamentals of mathematics like real analysis and complex analysis which are most useful for the engineering mathematics. Interested candidates are invited to participate. The STTP fee is fully refundable after successful participation. At the end, test will be conducted which in turn to successful participation.
