D2D HOSTEL ADMISSION NOTICE 2023-24.
An expert lecture was arranged on the topic of “Mindful Transformation From Academics to Corporate World” in association of IIChE students chapter . It was organized on 25th August 2023 for final and prefinal year students.
On 25th August 2023, a group of 22 students visited Allied Container, accompanied by Prof. M. G. Vanza and Prof. C. D. Patel. The visit provided hands-on understanding of logistics, container management, and supply chain infrastructure, enabling students to connect engineering concepts with real-world industrial operations.
Plastic Technology department arranged an expert lecture by Shri. Nitin Pandya from Prasad Group on "Basics of Pheumatic conveying systems & Its applications in Plastic Processing" as a part of MOU.
5 ME Students (Primal Hirpara, Kaushal Panchal, Sachin Patel, Rushita Dave and Santosh Singh) underwent a one week one labs training (duration of 6 hours) at Central Glass Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI), Ahmedabad.
A fire extinguisher demonstration was given to students of chemical engineering department.

The department organizes this Meet with all the leading structural engineers in order to help the PG students pursuing Masters in Structural Engineering to choose their areas for Dissertation. The motive is also to strengthen the Industry-Academia collaboration and also to provide the students with the right Co-mentors for their dissertation.

The department launched its annual edition of Magazine entitled "Abhiyantriki" in august presence of dignitaries who had graced the 76th Independence Day celebrations at LDCE.
