Students of the Mechanical Engineering Department have visited multiple industrial units under the Adani conglomerate at Mundra. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industrial practices.
Students of Sem-4 Mechanical Engineering have visited IGTR, Ahmedabad. This was specifically arranged for technical upgradation about Mechanical Measurement in Industry and latest technologies of the same.

Mechanical Department has organized one day 4th semester students Industrial Visit on 28th and 29th March, 2023 at Indo-German Tool Room (IGTR) under ministry of MSME department, Vatva, Ahmedabad. It was coordinated by Prof. A. G. Momin, Prof. D. K. Patel, Prof. S. B. Shah and Mr. M.I. Solanki.
Mechanical department in collaboration with IIC cell LDCE organized field visit to FAB Lab at CEPT University, Ahmedabad on 07/02/2023. 43 students of Mechanical department along with Prof. Gaurav N Sutaria and Prof. Mrunal D Chaudhari have visited.
A Funshop on Project Management was organized at L D College of Engineering, Ahmedabad by Project Management Institute: Gujarat Chapter, on September 16, 2022. The event was open to students of all Engineering branches and was coordinated by Dr V B Patel, Head of Department, Mechanical Engineering.
